ECD Holds Biannual Stakeholders Review Meeting of ECD-PCF Education Project

On June 30, 2026, the Ethiopian Center for Development (ECD) successfully held the biannual stakeholders review meeting for "Improving Academic Performance of Girls and Boys in 16 Primary Schools of Addis Ababa" project, implemented in partnership with PCF. The meeting brought together key educational stakeholders, including teachers, students, parents' representatives, and other project partners from government offices, to reflect on the progress made during the reporting period. Throughout the meeting, the six month plan versus actual accomplishments was presented, and participants discussed the progress made, implementation challenges, and proposed next steps. participants celebrated major achievements, milestones, and the positive impact of the project in improving learning outcomes and strengthening school communities. Representatives from ECD and PCF also engaged in productive discussions with stakeholders, providing a platform to share experiences, discuss challenges and celebrate achievements. The meeting reaffirmed the importance of collaboration among schools, families, and development partners in creating an enabling learning environment where every child has the opportunity to thrive academically.
